Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries from farmers, landowners and agricultural clients.

- Call customers, understand their farm requirements and explain our services.

- Coordinate with the technical team for recommendations and solutions.

- Arrange and coordinate farm visits when required.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.

- Follow up with leads through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.

- Maintain lead and customer records and track follow-ups.

- Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed agricultural services.

- Build good relationships with farmers and clients.

- Learn our agriculture, plantation and farm development services and confidently communicate them to customers.

- Coordinate with the team for execution and customer requirements.

- Travel to farms and customer locations when required.

- Support basic sales and business development activities for Verdantiva Global.

Freshers are welcome. Training and guidance will be provided.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Horticulture or related agriculture qualification preferred.

- Freshers can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.





- Good spoken English and Hindi; Kannada is an added advantage.

- Should be comfortable speaking with farmers and customers over the phone.

- Willingness to travel to farms and customer locations when required.

- Basic knowledge of agriculture, horticulture or plantation crops.

- Basic computer, WhatsApp, Excel and email skills.

- Confident, presentable and willing to learn.

- Should have a customer-focused and positive attitude.

- Candidates interested in agriculture, sales and client interaction are preferred.
