Hiring | Agri Inputs Manager A leading agri-tech organization is looking for an Agri Inputs Manager to drive business growth and strengthen farmer engagement across the Nagpur & Gujarat region.

Location: Nagpur / Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business growth across Seeds, Fertilizers, and Crop Protection products
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market penetration targets
- Build and manage relationships with FPOs, farmers, distributors, and channel partners
- Plan and execute farmer engagement and demand generation activities
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and stakeholder coordination
- Lead and mentor field sales teams to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain and operational execution




- Manage partnerships with agri-input companies and support product and pricing discussions

Ideal Candidate

- Experience in Agri Inputs, Agri Business, Rural Sales, or Channel Management
- Solid understanding of seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products
- Proven track record in business development, stakeholder management, and team leadership
- Ability to work closely with farmers, FPOs, distributors, and agri ecosystem partners
