Role Description The AGM / DGM – MEP role at Charuksha Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The role involves overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, planning, execution, and maintenance across projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.

The individual will coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors to plan resource allocation, monitor progress, control costs, and resolve technical issues. Daily responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, supervising installations, conducting site inspections, managing quality and safety, and preparing technical reports and documentation. The AGM / DGM – MEP will also contribute to process improvement, standardization of SOPs,



and strategic planning for MEP-related operations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, load calculations, and equipment selection.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and execution for MEP works in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and using relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM tools) is preferred.
- Ability to manage budgets, cost estimates, and vendor negotiations related to MEP materials and services.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and safety management for MEP installations.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for MEP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline); advanced certifications in MEP or project management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior MEP role (AGM, DGM, or similar) handling multi-site or large-scale projects is highly beneficial.
