Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial advisors.

- Set clear sales objectives and provide actionable strategies to achieve targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to advisors.

- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and sales.
