Role Description- The Insurance Agency Channel Sales Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving insurance sales through agency channels. This position involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners, while developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. The role includes monitoring performance of agency channels, providing regular training and support, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Day-to-day activities include managing sales pipelines, conducting market analysis, coordinating with internal teams for product and service alignment, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to enhance retention and satisfaction. The manager is expected to report on sales performance, forecast opportunities, and continuously improve channel efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Channel Sales and Channel Partners management skills, with experience in building and growing agency networks.
- He must have hands on experience in Recruiting Life Insurance Agents ,



Developing Agency
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills, including target achievement, pipeline management, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on client relationship management and issue resolution.
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services sales, especially in agency or channel-based models, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site , manage multiple priorities, and use CRM and sales reporting tools effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
