Role Description The Agency Owner will lead Star Link Real Estate’s operations, overseeing business development, client acquisition, and strategic growth in the real estate sector. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gorakhpur and involves managing a local team, setting sales targets, and ensuring high-quality client service aligned with company standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, guiding marketing and branding efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with investors, property owners, and partners.

The Agency

Owner will monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. This role requires active leadership presence in the office, hands-on management of transactions,



and continuous optimization of processes to support sustainable expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in guiding teams, setting goals, and driving performance.
- Business development and sales expertise in real estate or a related sector, including client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strategic planning and operational management capabilities, with the ability to define growth plans, allocate resources, and oversee daily workflows.
- Marketing and branding awareness, with familiarity in promoting real estate services, building a local presence, and supporting outreach activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Solid understanding of property markets, investment fundamentals, and regulatory considerations; prior exposure to Dubai real estate is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and comfort with accountability for outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gorakhpur and commit to a full-time schedule, with flexibility to handle peak activity periods.
