Role Description This is a full-time, in office Advertising Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru.

The Advertising Sales

Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, pitching Mediakart’s digital advertising solutions, and closing deals with brand and agency clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and media plans, negotiating contracts, and coordinating campaign delivery with internal operations and account management teams. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding customer objectives,



and recommending contextual and performance-focused media solutions that align with their marketing goals.

The Advertising Sales

Manager will also track campaign performance, share insights with clients, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and support overall business strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex advertising deals.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present solutions clearly, manage expectations, and maintain positive client relationships.

Candidates should possess solid Marketing knowledge, with an understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.

Proven experience in advertising or media sales, preferably in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic platforms.

Ability to analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort engaging senior decision-makers.

Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic proficiency in productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) is beneficial.
