VSM Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation, paid advertising, and business growth. We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Lead Generation.
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Manage advertising budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.




- Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform updates.

Required skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent understanding of campaign optimization and scaling.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROI).
- Experience with competitor research and market analysis.
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.

- Can independently handle campaign strategy and execution.
