- Own and deliver admissions, enrolment, revenue, offer acceptance, yield, scholarship, and conversion targets through effective admissions strategies.
- Lead, mentor, train, coach, and manage the Admissions Counselling team, driving performance, accountability, motivation, and continuous development.
- Ensure high-quality, student-first counselling across programme selection, career guidance, scholarships, fees, parent engagement, objection handling, offer conversion, and enrolment closure.
- Develop and monitor lead nurturing and follow-up strategies across calls, video counselling, WhatsApp, email, parent interactions, and campus visits.
- Track counsellor performance through calls, meaningful conversations, response time, follow-ups, applications, offers, enrolments, revenue, conversion ratios, and student satisfaction.
- Oversee end-to-end admissions operations, including lead allocation, CRM updates, applications, documentation, offers, scholarships, fee coordination, admission confirmation, and onboarding.
- Drive CRM adoption,



data accuracy, pipeline management, activity tracking, data hygiene, and timely follow-ups across the admissions team.
- Analyse admissions funnels, source-wise conversion, counsellor productivity, geography, programme demand, lead ageing, drop-offs, yield, and forecast vs. actual performance to drive improvements.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents, personally handling high-value or complex cases and ensuring a positive admissions experience.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Outreach, Academic Schools, Registrar, Finance, Student Affairs, and Operations to ensure a seamless admissions journey

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
