Role: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents in making informed educational decisions. You will play a crucial role in helping students identify their academic goals and support them in choosing the right educational path.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized counselling to students and parents regarding courses, colleges/universities, entrance exams, and career options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about various academic programs, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
- Handle inbound student inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins) and follow up with prospective students.
- Assist students with application processes, including documentation and form submissions.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools.




- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and vendors.
- Achieve student enrollment targets and contribute to revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education,or related field.
- Prior experience in academic or career counselling preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic listener and a problem-solver.
- Sales or target-driven approach is a plus (especially in EdTech or Study Abroad setups).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi

Experience:

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
