- Counsel prospective students and parents on suitable courses based on their academic background and career goals.
- Handle leads, enquiries, walk-ins and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and in-person counselling.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, program perks, fees, EMI options and admission process.
- Conduct effective career counselling and course presentations to convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely closure of admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the centre.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, walk-ins and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Identify student requirements, understand objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the centre team for seminars, college outreach, BTL activities and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Track lead-to-walk-in and walk-in-to-enrolment conversion and continuously improve counselling performance.
- Participate in team meetings, sales training and performance reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
