Admission Counselor

Location

Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi (Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students about our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert them into enrollments.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, batches, and payment options.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience.

Who We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a student-first approach.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, sales, telecalling, or counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Work Schedule Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM





9 working hours (including a 1-hour break)
