About the Role We are looking for an experienced, passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team.

The Admission

Counsellor will be responsible for being a key point of contact for prospective parents and families, guiding them through the admissions journey and representing GGHS with warmth, professionalism and clarity. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys meaningful conversations, understands the parent decision-making journey and can effectively translate the school's academic offering, curriculum and culture into a compelling experience for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from prospective parents and provide accurate information about GGHS, its curriculum, programmes, facilities and school culture.

Counsel and guide parents through the complete admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment.

Conduct effective parent interactions, campus visits, presentations and information sessions when required.





Follow up consistently with prospective families and maintain strong relationships throughout the admissions journey.

Manage applications, documentation, interviews and assessments in coordination with relevant academic and administrative teams.

Maintain accurate records and update admissions data through CRM/admissions systems.

Respond to parent queries professionally and ensure a positive and seamless admissions experience.

Collaborate with academic, administrative and marketing teams to support admissions initiatives and outreach activities.

Participate in school events, admission drives and other outreach initiatives.

Support enrollment objectives through consultative, ethical and persuasive communication.

Represent GGHS with professionalism, empathy and consistency across all parent interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Relevant experience as an Admission Counsellor in a CBSE school, preferably within Delhi NCR.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Hindi.

Strong counselling, persuasion and customer-service skills.

Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with parents and prospective families.

Positive understanding of school admissions and the parent decision-making process.

Education-related knowledge or experience will be an advantage.

Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM/admissions tools is a must.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow-ups and applications efficiently.

A professional, approachable and result-oriented personality. Experience
