We are looking for a motivated and communication-savvy Student Admission & Counselling Executive to join our education institute. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, making outbound calls, explaining courses, counselling prospective students, and supporting the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and student queries professionally.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ educational and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with students regarding registration, documentation, fee payments, and other admission formalities.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and admission progress to management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in telecalling, student counselling, sales, or education admissions is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
