- Bank auctions / SARFAESI notices

- Recruitment advertisements

- Corporate statutory notices

- Drive monthly billing targets (initial focus: ₹2–5L/month ramp-up)

1. Gatekeeper Relationship Building (Critical)

Build and manage relationships with:

- Media buying agencies

- Legal notice brokers

- Bank legal panel firms

- Tender consultants

- PSU / Government ad agencies

- Company secretaries & compliance firms

This is the #1 success factor for this role.

1. Pipeline & Deal Management

- Maintain a structured pipeline of recurring ad sources

- Follow up on ongoing tenders, auctions, and legal cycles

- Ensure repeat business (high LTV accounts)

1. Market Intelligence

- Track:





- Which agencies are placing ads where

- Competitor publications pricing & positioning

- Upcoming tenders / auctions / recruitment cycles

Ideal Candidate ProfileMust-Have

- 1–5+ years in print media ad sales / media buying / agency side

- Strong network with at least one:

- Ad agencies

- Legal notice ecosystem

- Government / PSU advertising

- Comfortable with B2B relationship-driven sales

Good-to-Have

- Experience in compliance-driven ads (not retail ads)

- Understanding of newspaper circulation & rate cards

- Existing book of clients / agency connects
