Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Active Directory / Windows Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Infrastructure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Hybrid Identity.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing enterprise, multi-site Active Directory environments along with Entra ID administration, identity synchronization, security controls, and AD migration/consolidation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise-level Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Infrastructure environments.
- Manage Domain Controllers, FSMO Roles, AD Replication, DNS, Group Policy (GPO), AD Sites & Services, and related AD components.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Hybrid Identity environments.
- Configure and support Microsoft Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect for identity synchronization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, replication, authentication, synchronization, and domain services.
- Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Manage Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- Develop and use PowerShell scripts for administration, automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in Active Directory migration, domain migration, consolidation, and modernization projects.
- Support enterprise identity and access management initiatives while maintaining security and compliance standards.




- Work with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex identity and Windows infrastructure issues.

Mandatory Skills
- 5.5–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory / Windows Infrastructure.
- At least 70% experience focused on Active Directory / Windows Infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with Hybrid Identity.
- Strong experience with AD Connect / Microsoft Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.
- Experience with:
- Domain Controllers
- FSMO Roles
- AD Replication
- DNS
- Group Policy (GPO)
- AD Sites & Services
- Strong understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and PIM.
- Experience with Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange.
- Robust PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with AD migration, domain consolidation, or Active Directory transformation projects.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in the following environments will be preferred:

- Large enterprise / multi-site Active Directory environments
- Complex Hybrid Identity environments
- Active Directory modernization or migration projects
- Domain consolidation projects
- Enterprise security and identity management
