Job Title: Semiconductor PLM Consultant

Role Overview As a Semiconductor PLM Consultant, you will partner with leading semiconductor clients to design, implement, and optimize Product Lifecycle Management solutions that accelerate chip development, streamline engineering workflows, and drive operational efficiency across the product value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end PLM implementations (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Aras) for semiconductor clients covering design, manufacturing, and supply chain domains
Translate business requirements into PLM system configurations, workflows, and integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Advise clients on PLM strategy, roadmap definition, and digital thread/digital twin initiatives
Support program management, change management, and user adoption activities
Collaborate with Accenture's global delivery network and cross-functional client teams
Required Qualifications
3–7 years of PLM consulting or implementation experience, ideally in semiconductors or high-tech
Hands-on experience with at least one major PLM platform (Teamcenter, Windchill, or equivalent)
Understanding of semiconductor product development processes (Across one or more sgements – including design, NPI, BOM management for foundry/equipmet)
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
Exposure to Industry 4.0, digital twin, or IoT initiatives in manufacturing
Education Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Role Overview As a Semiconductor MES Consultant, you will support the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System solutions for leading semiconductor clients. Working alongside senior practitioners, you will help translate client requirements into functional MES configurations, integrations, and process improvements that enhance fab efficiency and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end MES implementation projects across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test environments
Gather and document client business and functional requirements, translating them into system design specifications
Assist in configuring and testing MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Applied Materials Celerity, or equivalent)
Contribute to integration workstreams connecting MES with ERP (SAP), equipment systems, and quality tools
Develop project documentation including process flows, test scripts, training materials, and status reports
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in MES implementation, semiconductor manufacturing operations, or related IT/OT consulting
Basic understanding of fab operations and semiconductor manufacturing processes
Exposure to at least one MES platform or manufacturing IT environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SEMI standards or fab automation concepts
Experience with SAP, data analysis tools, or process mapping methodologies

Job Title: Consultant – Semiconductor Foundry Setup

Role Overview As a Consultant within Accenture's Semiconductor Practice, you will support greenfield and brownfield foundry establishment programs for clients navigating the complexities of new fab construction, technology transfer, and operational ramp-up. You will work at the intersection of manufacturing strategy, digital systems, and operational readiness — helping clients stand up world-class foundry operations faster and more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support foundry setup engagements covering site selection, fab layout planning, utility and facilities readiness, and equipment procurement planning
Assist in defining and documenting manufacturing process flows, operational SOPs, and quality frameworks aligned to foundry ramp milestones
Contribute to technology transfer workstreams, supporting process qualification, PDK readiness, and customer onboarding activities
Help implement and configure core manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, LIMS, APC) within the foundry setting
Participate in readiness assessments and gap analyses across people, process, and technology dimensions
Collaborate with client operations, engineering, and IT teams to align systems and workflows to foundry business objectives
Support development of program reporting, governance frameworks, and executive-level status communications
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, foundry operations, or related consulting roles
Working knowledge of foundry business models (pure-play, IDM, or specialty foundry) and fab ramp lifecycle
Familiarity with key foundry operational domains including process engineering, yield management, capacity planning, or manufacturing IT
Strong structured problem-solving and documentation skills
Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to leading foundries across the world (preferred), or IDM operating models
Clear understanding of SEMI standards, equipment integration, or cleanroom operations
Familiarity with government-incentivized fab programs (e.g., India Semiconductor Mission) is a solid plus

Job Title: Supply Chain Consultant – Kinaxis | Company: Accenture | Semiconductor Practice
Profile Summary A results-driven supply chain professional with a solid blend of Kinaxis functional expertise and semiconductor industry exposure. Brings either a management consulting background or direct industry experience in semiconductor supply chain operations, with a proven ability to configure, implement, and optimize Kinaxis solutions across planning, demand management, and supply optimization workstreams.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-complexity environments typical of semiconductor supply chains.
Core Competencies
Kinaxis configuration, implementation, and end-user enablement
Semiconductor supply chain planning — across foundries, equipment or IDMs/fabless
S&OP; / IBP process design and digital enablement
Supply chain analytics, scenario modeling, and what-if analysis

Relevant Experience
Led or supported at least 1–2 full-cycle Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, covering requirements, build, testing, training, and go-live
Worked with semiconductor or high-tech clients on supply chain transformation engagements
Familiar with structured consulting methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery)
Strong client-facing experience including workshops, executive readouts, and change management support
Deep understanding of semiconductor planning cycles, long lead-time management, and supply-demand balancing
Semiconductor Domain Knowledge
Understanding of semiconductor supply chain dynamics — long lead times, capacity constraints, multi-tier BOM complexity
Familiarity with fab, OSAT, and distribution planning environments
Exposure to supply chain risk management, allocation planning, and spot market dynamics
Awareness of geopolitical and supply diversification trends impacting the semiconductor industry
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
