About The Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive – Accounts Payable to join our Finance & Accounts department at the Sehore Plant in Madhya Pradesh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, bills, and related documentation. This role requires effective coordination with various internal departments and external agencies, including the Corporate Finance team, procurement, warehouses, banks, and logistics providers.

The Executive – Accounts Payable will also assist in maintaining financial records, supporting audit processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to a agile organization and gain valuable experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a CA Intermediate qualification with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounts, preferably within a manufacturing organization. A strong understanding of accounting principles, vendor invoice management, and financial documentation is essential.



Candidates should have a good working knowledge of ERP systems, with Oracle EBS experience being preferred.

Basic familiarity with GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of warehouse processes and customs documentation will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities Review and verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy before processing to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Coordinate with the Corporate Accounts Payable team at Udaipur to facilitate invoice processing, vendor payments, and resolve any discrepancies or queries promptly.

Collaborate with Procurement, Stores, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely receipt of required documents and address invoice-related issues effectively.

Manage routine banking transactions by liaising with banks, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

Process employee reimbursement claims, maintain detailed records, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Handle plant petty cash transactions, including accounting, reconciliation, and replenishment to support smooth daily operations.

Assist in maintaining accurate vendor records and financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets, update asset records,



and coordinate asset management activities.

Support warehouse operations through documentation of material receipt and periodic stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.

Assist in managing import and customs documentation, coordinating with logistics and customs agencies as needed to facilitate smooth import processes.

Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing necessary records, documentation, and clarification as required.

Perform any additional finance and accounts-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager to support departmental goals.
