Vatsalya Jr. College is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Accounts Professor to teach Accountancy to students of Grades XI & XII. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator who can explain accounting concepts clearly, develop strong conceptual understanding, and prepare students for their academic examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Accountancy to students of Grades XI & XII.
- Prepare and deliver structured, concept-based, and engaging lectures.
- Explain accounting concepts, principles, journal entries, ledger, trial balance, final accounts, partnership accounts, and other syllabus topics effectively.
- Guide students in solving numerical problems and developing strong accounting skills.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, practice sessions, and doubt-solving sessions.
- Prepare students for school/board examinations through proper revision and examination-oriented practice.
- Monitor student performance and provide timely academic feedback.




- Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support where required.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding syllabus completion, assessments, and student progress.
- Maintain proper records of academic progress and syllabus completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the XI & XII Accountancy curriculum.
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and numerical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students achieve academic excellence.
- Prior teaching/coaching experience will be an advantage.
