JOB TITLE: ACCOUNTS & FINANCE EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & COLLECTIONS

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing finance company.

The candidate will be responsible not only for day-to-day accounting and financial operations but also for developing new clients, managing existing clients, following up on payments, and improving collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Track client loans, payments, outstanding amounts, and collections.
- Follow up with clients for timely payments.
- Maintain accurate daily collection and outstanding reports.
- Identify and approach potential new clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new customers.
- Evaluate basic client/business information before onboarding new customers.
- Coordinate with the field and collection team.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and collection reports.
- Help management identify opportunities to increase business and improve cash flow.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company and customer financial information.

REQUIREMENTS:




- High level of honesty and trustworthiness is essential.
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and collection skills.
- Ability to identify and bring new customers/business.
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Previous experience in finance, lending, microfinance, collections, banking, NBFC, or accounts will be an advantage.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: We are looking for someone who can manage our accounts accurately, bring in new customers, maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure timely collections.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
