Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required.
- Support in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.




- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Familiarity with GST filing and compliance.
- Experience working in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
