We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting and branch operations.

? Qualification

- 10+2 (Commerce) / Commerce Graduate
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Handling day-to-day billing and invoicing
- Maintaining and handling petty cash
- Customer payment follow-ups and coordination
- Maintaining basic accounts-related records
- Coordinating with customers and the branch team
- Supporting day-to-day branch activities and routine office work
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned accounting and administrative tasks

? Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Valuable coordination and organizational skills
- Responsible, sincere, and detail-oriented approach
