Role Description The Accountant at Vishnu Ads will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. This role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The Accountant will support month-end and year-end closing activities, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and prepare basic financial reports for management.

Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, while coordinating with auditors and external partners as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



requiring close collaboration with project, operations, and management teams. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and knowledge of accounting principles.

Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis and reporting, such as preparing statements, assisting with budgets and forecasts, and monitoring cash flow.

Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting and office software (e.g., Tally/ERP systems, Excel, and other financial tools) and maintain accurate digital records.

Candidates should possess capabilities in compliance and control, including understanding of tax regulations, GST/TDS processes, invoicing standards, and audit support.

Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA) are an advantage.

Experience working in advertising, media, or service-based organizations, and familiarity with project-based billing, vendor management, and client financial coordination is beneficial.
