Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records for our textile showroom.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries.
- Manage cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain cash vouchers and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Verify daily sales and cash collections.
- Handle supplier and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills and accounting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, suppliers and internal departments when required.




- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting activities.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Experience in retail, textile or showroom accounting will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
