We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in Tally, GST, TDS, banking, reconciliation, purchase/sales accounting and invoicing, along with the ability to independently search and participate in online tenders and auctions.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

- Maintain complete day-to-day accounts in Tally
- Maintain purchase and sales entries
- Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers and payment records
- Bank entries and bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- GST accounting and reconciliation
- GST return preparation/support
- TDS calculation, entries and return-related work




- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual closing of accounts
- Maintain proper records and supporting documents
- Coordinate with CA/tax consultant whenever required

Banking

- Monitor company bank accounts
- Prepare and verify payment/receipt entries
- Bank reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding transactions
- Assist with NEFT/RTGS/other banking-related documentation

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
