Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Vapi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and cost tracking related to manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements.

The Accountant will also maintain accurate records, support internal and external audits,



and collaborate with operations and management to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.

Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets; proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.

Understanding of taxation, compliance, and audit processes relevant to manufacturing or export businesses.

Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.

Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or export-oriented industries is beneficial.
