We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a remote full-time position. This role focuses on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high satisfaction, and driving long-term retention and growth across our accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships

Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and results

Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and retention

Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and manage expectations effectively

Prepare regular account status reports and performance updates for clients and leadership

Requirements





Proven experience managing client accounts, customer success, or digital marketing partnerships

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently in a remote environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and client management workflows
