Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring the success of digital marketing campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships.

Job Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities

- Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients

- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs

- Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships

- Engage with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

- Ensure timely and successful project delivery

- Provide clear communication of monthly/quarterly initiative progress to stakeholders

- Generate recent business opportunities with existing clients

- Identify areas for improvement to achieve upselling objectives

- Prepare comprehensive reports on account status

- Assist with addressing challenging client requests or escalations

- Resolve complaints and enhance processes to prevent future issues

- Advocate for clients, focusing on improving engagement

- Stay abreast of industry trends

- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related role





- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Passion for delivering outstanding client service and achieving results
