Account Manager / Account Executive – Creative Agency | Client Servicing

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager / Account Executive from the creative industry to join our team as a client-facing professional.

This is a priority hire, and we are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience managing clients within a creative agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency, content agency, media/creative services company, or a similar creative-services environment.

Candidates from non-creative industries will not be considered for this role.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling clients independently, understanding their business requirements, coordinating with internal creative/content teams, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into transparent actionable plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with creative, content, design, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage client communication, expectations, feedback, and escalations.
- Conduct and represent the company professionally in client meetings and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services to existing clients.
- Contribute towards account growth and revenue expansion.
- Take complete ownership of client accounts and ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in client servicing / account management.
- Mandatory: Experience working in the creative industry.
- Experience specifically in a creative agency, advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency, content agency, media agency, production/creative services company, or similar creative environment.
- Strong understanding of client servicing and account management within a creative-services setup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills — this is a must-have.
- Proven experience managing client relationships independently.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with creative and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.
- Well-groomed, polished, confident, and professional in client-facing situations.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time.
- Comfortable working full-time from office in Delhi/NCR.

Pay: ₹30,478.12 - ₹45,036.17 per month
