Job Opportunity: Account Executive Experience: 2 to 4 Years Location: Noida, Sector 142, GM IT Park Mode: Work From Office About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team at Xcelore. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting activities, support financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in all financial operations. This role requires robust analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with accounting tools and software.
Key Responsibilities ● Maintain accurate financial records and assist with day-to-day financial data entry. ●Communicate with clients to clarify billing-related queries. ● Follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of receivables. ● Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations. ● Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. ● Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across financial entries. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and related tasks. ● Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews. ● Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
● Contribute to statutory compliance, tax-related matters, and audit data preparation.
Requirements ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (minimum requirement: Tally). ● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. ● Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
