- Manage end-to-end operations of assigned corporate accounts - Act as SPOC for client coordination (HR/Admin/Travel Desk) - Ensure smooth execution of daily trips, airport transfers, and guest movements - Coordinate with operations, fleet, and vendors for service delivery - Monitor SLA adherence and service quality - Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution - Prepare and analyze MIS reports - Identify business growth and upselling opportunities Key Skills:
