We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting software, GST compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Assist in GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in TDS calculations, reconciliations,



and statutory compliance activities.

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
