About the Role

Ignite Skill Academy is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellors to connect with prospective students and help them choose suitable courses based on their career interests and learning goals.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with students, comfortable handling enquiries, and capable of building strong relationships through effective follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Speak with prospective students and understand their educational and career requirements.
- Explain available courses, programmes, eligibility, duration, and other relevant details.
- Help students identify suitable programmes based on their interests and career objectives.
- Handle admission-related enquiries through phone calls and online communication.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Guide students through the enrolment process and address their basic queries.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Work towards assigned monthly admission targets.
- Build positive and qualified relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility & Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.




- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in academic counselling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or education-related roles is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
