We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right professional courses and convert qualified leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, counselling, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding professional courses and career opportunities
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, batches, and learning options
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential students
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic and sales teams





Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or EdTech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
- Knowledge of professional courses such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, CS, etc. will be an advantage
- Salary: ₹15,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
