As an Academic Coordinator will be responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental goals, learning outcomes and the meeting of targets and benchmarks. I will have to work towards the development of a positive work environment – one that is innovative and caters to student needs.Role is based in Sector 21, Panchkula that is close to Zirakpur.

Effective curriculum planning and it’s delivery.

Monitoring the planned curriculum on daily and weekly basis.

Monitoring departmental goals and its growth.

Defining learning outcomes of students at each level.

Effective Remediation once the causative of lower performance is identified.

Qualifications and Skills

Masters Degree or equivalent, in academic field

Minimum five years of teaching experience.

- Skills/abilities:

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Active team player and able to delegate and coordinate work

Ability to anticipate school needs and develop both short-term and long-term academic goals.

Salary: 45,000- 65,000
