Nova Design Labs is looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Motion Designer to create high-quality 3D animations, CGI, motion graphics, and visual content for brands, real estate, events, and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D animations, CGI films, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Develop 3D assets, environments, lighting, materials, and camera animations.
- Create content for anamorphic OOH, LED screens, social media, events, and immersive experiences.
- Work on real estate visualization, architectural animation, product visualization, and digital twin projects.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Editors, and Unreal Engine developers.
- Handle projects from concept to final render and compositing.
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.
- Ensure high-quality output while meeting project deadlines.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Good knowledge of After Effects.
- Understanding of 3D animation, lighting, materials, rendering, and composition.
- Robust creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Preferred

- Knowledge of Unreal Engine.
- Experience with anamorphic content, LED, projection mapping, or immersive experiences.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools.
- Experience in advertising, real estate, CGI, or experiential design.

Portfolio/Showreel is mandatory.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
