We are looking for a talented modeling artist who can work within a professional team to develop high-quality medical and scientific animations.

Your Role Use modeling software and artistic skill to create, maintain, and update 3D models

Involvement in developing medical-related objects, characters, scenes, and human anatomy

Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and other technical constraints

Keep up to date with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modeling tools, and related technologies

Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity

Follow company art direction and production pipeline, proposing approaches that stimulate positive enhancements

Must be a keen observer of reality with near-perfect understanding of relative scale and dimensions, especially in terms of human anatomy

Work collaboratively with other members of 3D team

Keep up to date with the latest developments in modeling tools and technologies

Be able to solve complex technical problems that occur within the setting

Effective time-management skills,



including ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions and established protocols/procedures Your Experience: Degree in fine arts or equivalent with a thorough understanding of anatomy, design, and animation, or 4+ years industry experience specializing in modeling

Extensive knowledge of Maya and ZBrush

Traditional arts background with emphasis on photo-realistic character work and environments is a plus

Team player with exemplary communication skills

Ability to create detailed anatomy parts as per the reference provided with the blend shapes Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, along with ability to understand direction and accept feedback

Strong leadership skills with specific experience managing product priorities, setting delivery expectations, and delivering software enhancements on schedule

Organization skills, including situational leadership, technical leadership, high attention to detail, and proven ability to resolve field escalations with minimal impact on production schedules

Ability to work effectively within a changing environment experiencing high growth

Exceptional follow-through, personal drive, and desire to make a difference
