We are looking for a Senior Informatica / MDM Specialist to join a global Enterprise Data and Integration programme.

The role combines Informatica development, Data Quality, Master Data Management and platform optimisation, with a strong focus on refactoring existing workloads, improving performance and supporting the migration of Data Quality rules to new Informatica capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical and functional teams in a regulated, compliance-driven setting. Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance and optimise Informatica interfaces and data integration processes.

Analyse and refactor complex or high-volume Informatica workloads to improve performance and maintainability.

Apply Informatica development and performance-tuning best practices.

Work with Informatica Data Quality (DQ) rules and support their migration to the new EVO functionality.

Support Informatica MDM / MDM Hub initiatives and master-data processes.

Redesign and simplify workflows within the Master Data Management environment.

Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for technical and functional improvement.

Support the migration and transformation of Data Quality rules.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to a high compliance and validation standard.

Support documentation activities related to Veeva Vault and ensure that documentation meets required quality and compliance standards.

Work with technical and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Support testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution.





Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives.

Provide clear weekly progress updates and communicate risks, issues and dependencies.

Work effectively within an Agile delivery environment.

Required

Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica.

Strong experience in Informatica development and performance tuning.

Experience with Informatica Data Quality (DQ).

Knowledge or hands-on experience with the new EVO functionality.

Experience with Informatica MDM / MDM Hub.

Experience with ETL and data integration processes.

Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts.

Experience refactoring complex or high-volume data integration workloads.

Strong technical documentation skills.

Experience working with multiple technical and functional stakeholders.

Strong English communication skills. Nice to Have

Experience with Veeva Vault.

Pharma / Life Sciences experience.

Experience working in regulated or GxP environments.

Experience supporting audit and compliance activities.

Experience closing documentation or validation gaps.

Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM workflows.

Experience with migration or transformation of Informatica platforms.
