Job Description

- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing Center (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in Duck Creek Billing Implementation
- Expertise in Duck Creek Billing Configuration
- Experience in creating and managing Accounts, Pay Plans, Billing Forms, Invoices & Installment Schedules
- Experience in PCN Processing and Commission Report Generation
- Strong understanding of Direct Billing and Agency Billing processes
- Ability to configure and support, Billing Workflows & Billing Cycles
- Payment Processing Functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting, enhancements, and maintenance of Duck Creek Billing applications.
- Positive understanding of integrations between Duck Creek Billing and other Insurance systems
- Experience working in Agile Development Environments.
- Sound knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain and business processes
