Editors, AI artists, designers, writers — you keep finding great people, all the time.- Manage the full hiring process — shortlisting, screening, test tasks.- Manage the team and delegate projects to the right person.- Follow up on execution so work gets delivered on time.- Deal directly with creators and freelancers, and get work done.- Assist me with day-to-day business operations.Who fits:- You can spot creative talent, not just read CVs.- Organized and fast — you close things without being chased.- Comfortable managing people, online and in person.- No excuses, full ownership.- Experience with creative or media teams is a plus.Full time.
