The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience in building scalable, reliable orchestration systems.Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize workflows.- Monitor and troubleshoot workflow execution and performance.- Ensure scalability and reliability of orchestration processes.- Develop documentation for workflows and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.Skills and Qualifications- 4-8 years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering roles.- Solid experience with Temporal and workflow orchestration principles.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or Python.- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
