Immediate Hiring – HR Executive (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage human resources functions in our manufacturing unit. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and training activities to ensure smooth HR operations. The candidate will also be responsible for workforce management, monitoring attendance, addressing employee grievances, and supporting management in implementing HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.

Handle employee engagement, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate training, safety awareness, and development programs.





Support performance management processes and appraisals.

Collaborate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

Prepare HR reports and assist in audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1 to 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (freshers with internship experience may apply).

Knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and statutory requirements.

Robust communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor-driven environment.

Job Location: Chennai

Pay upto 18k per month
