Twite AI Technologies is looking for talented and motivated Junior Software Engineers to join our Product Development Team.

What You'll Work On

- Develop, test, and maintain production-ready software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Work on AI-powered and SaaS products used in real-world environments.
- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance.
- Learn and work with modern development tools, frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Who We're Looking For

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech – CSE / IT or related disciplines
- MCA
- M.Sc. – Computer Science / IT

Graduation Year

- 2025 or 2026 graduates

Technical Skills

- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Python,Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJs
- Basic understanding of Git, REST APIs, and databases
- Good understanding of data structures and programming concepts is an advantage
- Personal, academic,



or GitHub projects are highly valued

We especially value candidates who:

- Have built projects beyond their academic syllabus
- Can explain their projects confidently
- Are genuinely interested in software/product development
- Are willing to learn new technologies
- Can take ownership and solve problems independently

Important Requirements

- Candidate must currently reside in Chennai, even if originally from another city/state.
- Must be available for an immediate in-person interview in Chennai.
- Must be willing to work full-time from our Chennai office.
- This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Selection Process

R1 – Initial Screening + Project Discussion

We will understand your technical background and discuss your academic/personal projects.

R2 – Technical Assessment + Technical Interview

Practical coding/technical assessment followed by a technical discussion.

R3 – HR Discussion

Final discussion covering role, expectations, career growth, and compensation.
