React/NextJS Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking talented React/NextJS Developers with 5+ years of experience in

building up-to-date, responsive, and scalable web applications. The role requires

strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and frontend engineering best practices, with a

focus on performance, usability, and seamless integration with backend services.

Key Responsibilities

 Frontend Development

o Design and develop user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.

o Implement reusable components, hooks, and state management (Redux,

Context API).

o Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and

responsiveness.

 Integration & APIs

o Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

o Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange.

o Implement secure authentication and session management.

 UI/UX & Testing

o Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into

high-quality code.

o Implement accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.

o Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

 Performance & Deployment

o Optimize Next.js apps for server-side rendering (SSR), static site

generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).

o Manage builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.

o Ensure SEO optimization and performance tuning (Lighthouse, Core Web

Vitals).





 Collaboration & Support

o Work in agile teams with designers, product managers, and backend

engineers.

o Support production issue resolution and bug fixes.

o Contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

 4+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in

React.js/Next.js.

 Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend

workflows.

 Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).

 Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion,

TailwindCSS).

 Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

 Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Knowledge

 Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and offline-first design.

 Familiarity with frontend security (XSS, CSRF, CORS, JWT).

 Exposure to Node.js and backend frameworks for full-stack development.

 Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for frontend deployments.

Education & Certifications

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

 Preferred certifications:

o React or JavaScript/TypeScript professional certifications.

o Cloud Developer certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) for frontend

deployments.
