About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join an AI-first engineering team building a scalable enterprise platform for a major professional services client. The platform uses AI for data verification, enrichment, and disambiguation and is designed to handle 100K+ records with 30+ concurrent users.

The role involves end-to-end ownership across architecture, Java backend, React frontend, cloud, DevOps, security, and AI/GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable production-grade architectures and communicate HLD/LLD decisions.
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Build production-grade frontend applications using React.js or similar frameworks.
- Design and optimize databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including queries, caching, and performance.
- Implement asynchronous/distributed processing using Kafka, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Integrate AI/LLM and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS/Azure using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Implement authentication, RBAC, encryption, security controls, and audit logging.
- Design systems for scalability, reliability, high availability, and real-time processing.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor,



Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar in daily development.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of total IT experience, with 4+ years in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Solid experience with React.js or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent databases.
- Experience with AWS or Azure.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, or similar asynchronous/distributed technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
- Experience designing production-scale architectures.
- Strong understanding of application and cloud security.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM technologies and AI-assisted development.
