Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with clients to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions according to client requirements.
- Manage and support the integration of Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate configurations and functionality.
- Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions to enhance HR processes and data management.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central.
- Experience with data migration and integration techniques within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
