Roles & Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers through field sales activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, vendors, and business partners.
- Source customers for financial products and assist in the onboarding process.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- loan sourcing and disbursement
- Merchant acquisition
- B2B field sales

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales.
- Experience working directly with merchants, vendors, or ground-level customers.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
