We are looking for a Senior GenAI & Databricks Developer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role combines Generative AI expertise with modern Data Engineering capabilities, enabling organizations to unlock the full potential of AI-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build intelligent applications leveraging GenAI frameworks, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
- Design and implement robust ETL/ELT processes for structured and unstructured data.




- Integrate GenAI applications with enterprise data platforms and business systems.
- Work with large-scale datasets to support AI model training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.
- Optimize Databricks notebooks, jobs, and clusters for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for deployed AI and data solutions.
- Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

Mandatory Skills

- 8–10 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) application development.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered solutions.
- Strong expertise in Azure Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and database optimization.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience working with Azure Data Lake, Azure Storage, and Azure Data Factory.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data modeling, and big data processing.
- Experience with Git-based version control and Agile development methodologies.
