Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Application Support Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in supporting business-critical production applications. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in AWS and Terraform, along with hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, implementing monitoring solutions, and supporting serverless applications. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a proactive approach to automation, and the ability to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of production environments.

Production Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience and strong expertise in AWS and Terraform to manage and support cloud-based applications. The role involves creating monitoring solutions,



managing infrastructure as code, and supporting serverless applications to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities.

Provide L2/L3 production support for business‑critical applications.

Handle incident, problem, and change management end-to-end.

Ensure application availability, stability, and SLA adherence.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes.

Prepare and deliver regular operational, weekly/monthly service reports.

Support releases, deployments, and production changes.

Work closely with stakeholders, development and infrastructure teams.

Proactively identify and work on automation and efficiency improvements.
