Technical Talent Sourcing Intern (AI & Software Engineering)

Location: Remote (Ahmedabad candidates preferred)
Duration: 6 Months Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Talent Sourcing Intern to help build high-quality talent pipelines for AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Developers, and other software engineering roles.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in technical recruiting, talent intelligence, and modern sourcing strategies. You will learn how to identify top technical talent using industry-leading tools and create organized talent pools for future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other public platforms.

- Build location-specific and skill-specific talent pipelines.

- Research candidates from universities, GitHub, portfolios, hackathons, and other online communities.

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Screen profiles and qualify or disqualify candidates based on predefined criteria.





- Create and maintain organized talent pools for future hiring.

- Keep candidate information up to date and ensure data accuracy.

- Work closely with the Talent Operations team to support ongoing hiring initiatives.

Required Skills

- Ability to organize and manage data accurately.

- Comfortable learning recent recruiting tools and technologies.

- Basic understanding of software development roles is a plus.
